Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building *Note that there may be noise from neighboring units, we are more than happy to provide earplugs and a noise machine, to help ensure a restful night!* *** The "laundry room" that is offered to ALL guests in the building is located on the backside of a hallway door. Guests enter via an exterior door. Please note, the door to your listing is locked and cannot be open from this laundry room, noise from the room itself may be audible when machines are in use. We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
