Situated in a historic building in the heart of the eclectic NE Mississippi/Alberta District, you'll be steps away from Portland's top-rated restaurants, bars, and vintage shops. Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this three-bedroom, one-bath duplex boasts unique charm, retaining many original features and woodwork from its century-old structure. The cozy living room is bathed in natural light from new windows, providing a perfect spot to relax on the comfy couches. Rainy days are ideal for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TVs. While we don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing fast WiFi for streaming. If you prefer to dine in, the fully equipped kitchens feature new appliances and spacious farmhouse-style tables, perfect for hosting your crew. Plus, a Whole Foods is just a few blocks away for all your grocery needs. After a day of walking, shopping, and dining, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the three bedrooms. Guests will have the entire space to themselves, with lockbox key code access, providing ease, convenience, and privacy for coming and going as you please. The lockbox code will be provided via email prior to your arrival. A pleasant, walkable area with a strong local feel. 🚌 Bus — Multiple TriMet bus lines serve the area, including Route 4 (Fessenden) on Williams/Vancouver and Route 24 (Fremont), with frequent service to downtown (~15 min). 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car or a quick MAX Red Line connection from nearby stations. This property is a duplex, with another apartment connecting to it. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space We welcome pets!
