That space has a locked door and may be occupied by another guest during your stay unless you choose to book the entire property. • If you’d like full access to all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and both entrances, please inquire about booking the full home. • While the ground floor bedroom provides step-free access, this is a multi-level home with stairs between each floor. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. • The ground-level bedroom does not have an en-suite or adjacent bathroom, and guests using this bedroom must access a bathroom located on the third level (two flights up). 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
