Due to space limitations, the water heater has the capacity to fill the tub only halfway before depleting, requiring approximately 30 minutes to reheat. Listing is in an urban setting, inside an apartment building with a bus stop right outside (some transit noise may be audible). Please be aware that street parking requires extra effort due to the density of the surrounding neighborhood There is a shared washer and dryer available on site.
