The nearby Sellwood and Westmoreland neighborhoods add even more options. 🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 70 (12th/NE 33rd) serves the area, and the MAX Orange Line is accessible at the nearby SE Park Ave station with direct service to downtown (~15 min). 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Free street parking is generally available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 20 minutes by car or reachable via MAX Orange Line + Red Line connection. Due to space limitations, the water heater has the capacity to fill the tub only halfway before depleting, requiring approximately 30 minutes to reheat. Because of this, we have removed the bathtub portion of this claw foot from our amenities and it is only to be used as a shower. Listing is in an urban setting, inside an apartment building with a bus stop right outside (some transit noise may be audible). Please be aware that street parking requires extra effort due to the density of the surrounding neighborhood There is a shared washer and dryer available on site. This pair of machines is shared with the entire building. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes.
