Route 14 (Hawthorne) is also nearby. 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe. 🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car or a quick MAX + bus connection. This is a basement unit -- top unit is frequently rented out to other guests. Audible noise may and can be heard from the above unit. ** The larger former couch has been replaced with a smaller chaise, as seen in second & fourth photo. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Space We welcome pets! Our cleaning team deep cleans between every stay, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
