Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods. 🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car or reachable via MAX from the nearby Hollywood Transit Center. I live in the basement of the house. There is a separate entrance and no shared spaces, but I will be around the property during the stay. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking permitted 10+ ft from the building We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
