Equipped with both heat and AC, it includes four brand new queen beds with comfortable down comforters, duvets, and large pillows, one pullout queen sofa, and a queen aerobed for larger groups. Bedrooms have large closets, dressers for clothing storage, and luggage racks. Each nightstand has bedside lamps with USB ports for charging electronics. The kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large table that seats eight for gatherings. It’s fully stocked with dishware, cooking utensils, and a single-serve coffee machine with coffee pods. The living room is equipped with a Roku TV featuring Netflix and other channels for your entertainment. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. For your comfort, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, and extra towels. This home is perfect for business travelers, families, or weekend getaways. With 2000 sq ft, there’s plenty of room for the whole group! Explore nearby parks, the Columbia River Gorge, or dine at Portland’s famous restaurants. We've added personal touches to make this place feel like home, including local books, board games, and an interactive map for guests to share their origins. It’s our way of showcasing this vibrant city. Thanks for considering our home, and we hope you’ll stay with us! We also do also rent out the basement occasionally to other guests. They have their own space and cannot access the space you have rented out. However, the space can also be rented by you! NW 23rd and NW 21st avenues are lined with restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and bars — all within a few minutes' walk. 🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 15 (Belmont/NW 23rd) runs along NW 23rd Avenue with frequent service every 15 minutes to downtown (~10 min). 🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's extensive bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe throughout the city. 🚗 Driving — Street parking is available (read signs for time limits and meters). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes. ✈️ Airport — PDX is about 21 minutes by car or reachable via MAX Blue/Red Line from nearby Providence Park station. Please note: This is a private space with bars and restaurants nearby, so there may be some outside noise due to the high-traffic area.
