If you prefer to eat in, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to host your crew. After a day of walking, shopping, and dining, you'll love coming home to a super comfy queen-size bed. The home is heated to keep you warm in the winter, and while it currently does not have A/C, I plan to install window units to ensure comfort during the summer months. My place is part of a duplex, but it’s not your typical setup. The full-height basement has been converted into a separate apartment with another tenant. This means you won’t be sharing any walls; the other tenant is located below your feet, ensuring your privacy and peace.
