There is one full bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower. The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings and stunning river views, complemented by a traditional gas stove fireplace for cozy evenings. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range and a stainless steel refrigerator. Dining options are available both indoors and outdoors, accommodating a total of four to seven guests. Throughout the house, you'll find classic, comfy furnishings and vintage charm. Guests can enjoy fast WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Outdoor amenities include a swinging bench, a picnic table, and a covered front porch. The property is dog-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs under 25 lbs with prior approval. Free parking is available for two vehicles. 🚶 Walking — This mountain retreat is nestled in the Mt. Hood area, surrounded by nature. While not a walkable urban setting, the peaceful surroundings and outdoor recreation more than make up for it. 🚗 Driving — A car is recommended for getting around. The area is well connected via US-26. Free parking at the property. 🏔️ Recreation — Minutes from Mt. Hood ski resorts, hiking trails, and the Sandy River. The charming town of Sandy is a short drive for groceries, dining, and supplies. ✈️ Airport — PDX is approximately 60–75 minutes by car via US-26 West. ⏰ Quiet Hours 10 PM - 7 AM (building + city ordinance) 🚭 Non-Smoking Smoking prohibited indoors.
